This Community Lunch provides insights into current research and innovation projects that use material flow analysis and multi-criteria assessment methods to systematically develop and prioritise circular solutions. Drawing on concrete examples from urban and rural contexts – ranging from the bioeconomy, wastewater and nutrient cycles to industrial symbiosis – we illustrate how data, dialogue and transdisciplinary collaboration give rise to strategies for a circular economy.
