Day Passes: Perfect for drop-ins
Our single-day passes, available for just €20, are perfect for visiting colleagues, freelancers and individuals who need a productive and inspiring workspace in the heart of Vienna.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Please register ahead of time so that we can let the portier know to let you come up to our offices from the lobby.

Can anybody apply to be a member?
At Climate Lab, we are committed to building a strong, climate-focused community, thus the focus of an applicant’s work is a key criteria for membership. Preference is given to people who are currently working in one of our main thematic areas: energy, building, mobility and circular economy.
Our ‘Connect’ membership offers the opportunity for those with professional interest in the fields of climate and circularity to expand their knowledge at our community events, network with inspiring peers and co-work 1 day/month in our space.

What thematic fields are prioritized for membership?
Our core focus areas are energy, mobility, building and circularity. We also consider applicants working in climate tech and digitalization, green jobs, green finance, and climate/circularity strategy.

Why are there different memberships?
The main difference in our membership types is the number of co-working days included. All memberships include access to all community events, online community channels and our wider network.
While someone looking for a full-time workspace might consider a Resident membership with unlimited co-working days, someone primarily looking to expand their network may prefer a Connect membership with 1 co-working day per month as well as access to all our events. You can compare all of our memberships above.
Additionally, we offer Fixed Desks as well as offices (based on availability) for those seeking a dedicated, full-time workspace.
How much does a membership cost?
You can compare the cost of our memberships above. Please note that the prices are listed without tax.
Are discounts available?
For individuals, we offer a 10% discount if you pay for the entire year as a lump-sum in advance.
Teams with 3 or more individuals can receive a 10% discount on their monthly memberships. Please contact membership sales for more information.
Can I register my company or have my mailing address at Climate Lab?
Yes, you can register your company at Climate Lab, including mailing address and postbox, for a monthly fee of EUR 25 (excl. VAT). This upgrade is available for any membership level. Please contact membership@climatelab.at for more information.
How can I cancel my membership?
You must cancel your membership by the 7th of the month in which you would like to end it. That means if you want to cancel your membership by the end of October, you must submit your request by October 7th.

What are the opening hours?
Our reception is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm. Coworking members can use the space at all times according to their membership.
I'd like to try out co-working. Do you offer day passes?
You can schedule a free trial day with us by filling out the Trial Day form. Only one free trial day is allowed per person. (And yes, we do keep track!)
Do I need to reserve a working spot?
No, you do not need to reserve. We have a “first come, first serve” policy and offer a variety of workplaces: standing tables, spacious desks or height-adjustable tables. You can switch your spot as you please.
If you would like to have a dedicated workplace just for you, please ask membership sales about a Fix Desk or Office upgrade.
How do I book a meeting room, focus room or telephone booth?
Our meeting rooms, focus rooms and phone booths can be booked online or directly onsite via the tablet in front of the room/booth.
Telephone booths are free to use, and we encourage their use for all of your calls in order to maintain a quiet, respectful co-working space. Members can also use the focus rooms and the Lviv meeting room (7th floor) for free for 1-hour per day. After the first hour, you will be charged accordingly.
Can I store my monitor, keyboard, etc., at Climate Lab?
Yes! If you’d like to bring your own monitor or other equipment and store them at Climate Lab, you can rent a private locker for 10€/month (excl VAT). Just ask at the reception on the 8th floor or send an email to membership@climatelab.at.
I have a guest who will be meeting me at Climate Lab. How do I get them up to our space?
Please inform the Climate Lab reception on the 8th floor, and they will put your guest’s name on the list for the portier who sits next to the elevators on the ground floor. Alternatively, you can pick them up personally at the portier’s station on the ground floor.
How can I find out who the other members are?
You can find an overview of our members at the bottom of the Community page on our website. Once you’ve become a member, you will also have access to a range of events, tools and platforms which will help you connect with other members.
What types of community events do you organize?
We offer community event formats ranging from Happy Hour networking events to topic-based Deep Dives and Community Lunches, professional trainings and more. Members have access to all of these events at no additional cost. You can find all upcoming and past events on our Community Event Calendar.
