Our event location is certified with the Austrian EcoLabel as a Green Location and our trained team can provide support for Green Event certification.

Our air-conditioned event location is filled with natural light from panoramic windows and features a modern design, flexible furnishings for various setups, and state-of-the-art A/V systems for presentations and hybrid events. It is fully equipped for interactive workshops, including flipcharts, whiteboards, screen and moderation kits. On-site event support, from arrival to departure, ensures a seamless experience.

Climate Lab Sessions are custom event formats for companies that want to actively address climate issues. Our team will work with you to design workshops and events tailored to your goals, be it a strategy meeting, leadership training, team-building activity or more.
Whether as a stand-alone event or as part of a larger happening, we can provide you with expert content, speakers, appropriate format options and facilitation methods (i.e. Art of Hosting) as well as quality venues, catering and event support.

What kind of events are typically held in the Creative Loft?
Workshops, seminars, trainings, board meetings, hybrid conferences, and networking receptions. It’s a flexible event space that can be modularly arranged for a variety of event formats.
Does my event have to be climate-related?
As a center for climate and circular economy, we work with many event organizers in these fields, but are open to events with other thematic foci as well. We also have three other event locations in Vienna—focused on social impact, education and health—so we can help you find the most fitting location for your event. Contact us to find out more.
Which AV & tech features are included? Can the Creative Loft host hybrid events?
We offer high-end audio-visual equipment including up to 3 screens, a professional sound system, lighting, and hybrid-ready equipment. We have reliable, high-speed, fiber-optic internet for live-streaming or remote participation.
Do you offer catering or drinks?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of delicious catering options with a focus on regional sourcing and sustainability as well vegetarian and vegan options. Whether it’s coffee breaks, snacks, warm lunch or finger food, we are happy to find the right menu for you.
How large is the event venue? Are smaller rooms available for breakout sessions?
The Creative Loft is 120 m2. You can additionally book the Sonderborg meeting room (25 m2/max. 10 ppl) for breakout or parallel sessions.
How many people can the venue hold? What if I need more space?
The Creative Loft has a maximum capacity of 20 people.
If you need more space, you can also book the Climate Stage (262 m2/ max. 80 ppl) or Climate Stage Premium, which provides access to the entire floor, including the main event space, a lounge area, a separate workshop area and a meeting room. All of these spaces can be arranged for small group work, breakout sessions, parallel sessions, etc.

How do I request a quote or book a room?
Fill out our booking request form or email bookings@climatelab.at. We’ll get back to you with a tailored offer including set-up, catering options and pricing details.
Do you offer discounts?
Climate Lab members and partners enjoy exclusive discounts. Please mention your membership or partnership when requesting a quote.
Non-profits and other NGOs can also request a discount. Please specify your organization type when submitting your booking request and we will come back to you.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 4 weeks before the event: no charge
2–4 weeks before: 25% of the price
1–2 weeks before: 50%
Less than 1 week before: 100% of the price.
We’re happy to look for alternative dates if your plans change.
