The TU Transformer is an inter- and transdisciplinary co-creation space in which six faculties of the TU Wien work together on innovative solutions for climate protection, the circular economy and sustainable technologies. Together with children, young people and adults, they are redesigning spaces, materials and technologies to not only talk about sustainable ideas, but to put them directly into practice.
What can you expect during the tour?
- Insight into their open workshop, where we can experiment with 3D printers, wood, clay, fabrics and recycled materials.
- How co-creation is used to transform an empty room into an innovative learning and experimentation space.
- What interdisciplinary formats are being created to bring together technology, sustainability and science communication.
