Carbon farming is a land management practice that aims to remove CO₂ from the atmosphere and store it in a natural, sustainable way. Over a lunch of vegetarian sandwiches, Vivian Wabitsch and Andreas Ellenberger fom Circonnact will share experiences from the project INNO4CFIs, which focuses on the development of regenerative carbon farming business models that create added benefits for biodiversity, water and soil quality.
