**Deep Dive: Digital Product-Passports**
How can digital product-passports contribute to Austria’s circular economy, and what opportunities does it create for companies in various sectors?
We’re taking a deep dive into these questions and more with experts who will present and discuss different aspects of the Digital Product-Passport (DPP), including technical solutions, practical implementation and current regulations. We’ll then open up the floor for discussion and exchange.
Speakers:
- Verena Halmschlager from Plattform Industrie 4.0 will shed light on the regulatory framework and developments on the European level.
- Patrick Awart of Eviden Austria, will provide the business perspective on identifying relevant aspects of DPPs and share practical use cases.
- Verena Judmayr from the start-up MATR will talk about her experience from the user’s perspective, including: How MATR used a DPP in its first product version, their expectations for DPPs in the future, and the role that DPPS will play in the Austrian Mattress Alliance.
