What role does digitalization play in the building industry, and what changes are on the horizon as we move towards the climate transformation?
We’ll examine these questions and more at our next Deep Dive with experts from the field of digitalization and circular building, including:
- Otto Handle, managing director of inndata Datentechnik and leader of the working group on Joint Technical Committee for interoperability frameworks. Otto will share his expertise in digital building processes as well as his experience of working with European norms to develop digital product passes.
- Climate Lab Community member Florian Ott from ORIS SAS will discuss how digitalization can be an enabler for sustainability and climate resilience. Using the example of street and railway construction, he’ll demonstrate how early planning can help to optimize processes.
- Manuel Frey, department leader for sustainable building at Intep – Intgrale Planung GmbH, will present insights on the potential for digital tools to support construction projects using the case study of the Semmeringer Tunnel.
- Helene Pattermann, Innovation Lead and Circularity in Climate Lab, will provide insights into the BMK-initiated Kraisbau project. This coalition-driven project focuses on the integration of AI in order to facilitate circular building processes.
After short presentations from our experts, we will open up the room for further discussion, exchange and networking. See you there!
