Our air-conditioned rooms are filled with natural light and feature a modern design and state-of-the-art A/V systems for presentations and hybrid meetings. They are fully equipped for interactive workshops, including flipcharts, whiteboards, screens and moderation kits. On-site event support, from arrival to departure, ensures a seamless experience.

FAQ
How many people can your meeting rooms hold? What if I need more space?
Our meetings rooms can accommodate 1-10 people. For larger workshops or seminars, our Creative Loft can hold up to 20 people. The Climate Stage is typically used for large events with a maximum capacity of 80 people.
If you need an even larger space, we also have three additional event locations in Vienna. Please contact us for more information.
Does my meeting have to be climate-related?
As a center for climate and circular economy, we work with many clients in these fields, but are open to meetings and workshops with other thematic foci as well. We also have three other meeting and event locations in Vienna—focused on social impact, education and health—so we can help you find the most fitting location for your needs. What's included in the room?
Each room includes fast Wi-Fi, a large screen, comfortable seating, water and glasses. White boards and flip charts are available upon request.
We also offer OWL video conferencing technology, which can be added to the booking starting at 10€ per hour.
Can I bring my own food or order catering?
Yes, for short meetings, you can bring your own snacks.
We also offer a variety of delicious catering options with a focus on sustainability and regional sourcing as well vegetarian and vegan options. Whether it’s coffee breaks, snacks, warm lunch or finger food, we are happy to find the right menu for you. Explore our catering catalogue

If you have a more specific request, would like to book multiple rooms, order catering, etc., please use our booking request form or email bookings@climatelab.at. We’ll get back to you with a tailored offer including set-up, catering options and pricing details.
Do you offer discounts?
Climate Lab members and partners enjoy exclusive discounts. Please use the email address your membership is registered with when booking online or mention your membership or partnership when requesting a quote.
NGOs and non-profit organizations can be eligible for a discount. Please specify your organization type and provide the necessary verification details when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
More than 4 weeks before the event: no charge
2–4 weeks before: 25% of the price
1–2 weeks before: 50%
Less than 1 week before: 100% of the price.
We’re happy to look for alternative dates if your plans change.
