In dieser praxisorientierten Session nehmen wir deine konkreten Herausforderungen und Ideen auf und arbeiten sie mithilfe des „Architecture to Execution“ (A2E)-Frameworks durch. Diese Framework ist ein bewährtes Methode, um komplexe Ideen in echte, praktische Projekte umzusetzen, die in einem größeren System implementiert werden können. Bleibt nach der Session noch da und arbeitet an diesem Nachmittag in unserem Coworking Space weiter an eurer Idee und tauscht euch mit anderen aus. Den Tag lassen wir dann bei der Climate Lab Happy Hour mit Networking und Entspannung ausklingen.

Open Space: Make your climate idea a reality with the A2E Framework
This session is not about having the perfect idea. It’s about making your ideas more concrete, robust and realizable. No slides, no long talks—we’re getting our hands dirty.
Lukas Lorenzen, energy system architect and founder-to-be, invites you to join his hands-on Open Space session, where we’ll work together on participants‘ real challenges and ideas. You’ll get to experiment with the A2E Framework (Architecture → Execution), a method for turning complex ideas into real, implementable projects embedded in a wider system.
Together, we’ll:
- unpack your idea/ challenge as a system (not just a technology)
- identify hidden dependencies and infrastructure needs
- explore what needs to happen first (and what should wait)
- and figure out how to move from concept to execution without costly detours
You’ll leave with:
- a clearer structure of your idea as a system
- 1–2 critical insights on what might break (before it actually does)
- a better understanding of what needs to happen next
- fresh perspectives from others working on climate solutions
Lukas Lorenzen supports early-stage energy projects by designing architecture-first pathways that reduce stranded-asset risks, align stakeholders early and turn complex systems into investable solutions.
